Henry Samuel "Sam"  Robinson, 83, of 6659 Hwy 42 South, Ramseur, died Friday, July 15, 2016 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Monday, July 18, 2016, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Bruce McLanhan, Rev. Grant Taylor.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Sam was a native of Bladen County, retired from Thomasville Furniture Company, and a member of Eastside Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Elaine Carter Robinson, sons, Terry Robinson, Sr., Timmy Robinson, first wife, Peggy Burchette Robinson, brothers, Ed Robinson, George Robinson, Jimmy Robinson, sisters, Ellen Bennett, and great-grandchild, Dakotie Robinson.

Survivors: wife, Lenora Hayes Robinson, of the home, son, Jerry Samuel Robinson, and wife, Faye, of Silk Hope, sisters, Jewel Bullard, Lila Neal, both of Siler City, Marie Patrick, and husband, David, of Alamance County, Paula Boley, of Burlington, brother, Dilliard Robinson, of Siler City, grandchildren, Terry Robinson, Jr., Dakota Robinson, Brandi Robinson, three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall and other times at the residence,
