William Loyde Brady, 73, of Bennett, died Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his residence.
Private Graveside Services, Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at Prosperity Friends Meeting, Robbins.
Officiating, Rev. Sam Garris.
Loyde was a native of Moore County and a member of Prosperity Friends Meeting. He retired from Eveready with 39 years, served in the Army Reserves, and was an avid bird hunter. He was a loving husband, father, and paw paw. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Claudie and Isabelle Hussey Brady.
Survivors: wife, Barbara Maness Brady, of 51 years, daughters, Natasha Brady Jones, and husband, Kenneth, of Bennett, Heather Brady Coble, and husband Wayne, of Bennett, son, William Christopher Brady, and wife, Renee, of Asheboro, brothers, Boyde Brady, of Asheboro, Roger Brady, and wife, Linda, of High Falls, grandchildren, Taylor Brady, Luke Brady, Emma Grace Brady, Avery Jones and wife, Kaci, Grayson Jones, Megan Coble, Holly Coble, and four nieces.

The body will lie in state Monday, May 11, 2020, from noon until 5:00 PM.
