Wanda Cox Allred

Wanda Cox Allred, 74, of Franklinville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at Whites Memorial Baptist Church, Franklinville.

Officiating, Rev. Jeff Joyce, Rev. Alan Ritter.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Wanda was born in Randolph County, worked at Black & Decker for many years, retired from Arrow International, Inc., and was actively employed by Food Services with Randolph County School System. She was a godly woman, a faithful member of Whites Memorial Baptist Church, and could always be found serving the kids and youth. Wanda always had a smile, was kind hearted, generous, and a friend to all. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren and will be missed dearly by all who encountered her. Wanda enjoyed spending time at White Lake with her "Lake Family." Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, I.W. Allred, and her parents, John and Marie Coward Cox.

Survivors: children, Faye Hayes, and husband, Brian, of Goldsboro, Danny Allred, and wife, Kelli, of Franklinville, Crystal Sessoms, and husband, Patrick, of Candor, siblings, Robert Cox, of Franklinville, Janice McNeill, and husband, Tim, of Randleman, Angela Kellam, of Franklinville, grandchildren, Paul Hayes, Jr., and wife, Taylor, Emily Allred, and Natalie Allred.

Visitation, 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM, Tuesday, Whites Memorial Baptist Church, Franklinville.
