Virginia Bittle Cheek, 76, of Ramseur, died Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Private Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Burial, Oakland-McCrary Cemetery, Ramseur.
Virginia was a native of Randolph County, formerly employed with Ramseur Interlock as a supervisor and a member of Edwards Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Liberty. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Letha Mae Bittle, son, Anthony Waddell Cheek, and daughter, Veronica Cheek.
Survivors: son, Grant Cheek, of Ramseur, sisters, Azzara Spinks, of Seagrove, Maxine Hicks and husband, Herman, of Liberty, brothers, Herman Herbert Bittle and wife, Cathy, of Snow Camp, Bennie Bittle and wife, Betty, of Silk Hope, grandchildren she raised, Korie Cheek, Tervion Cheek, Zarmar Cheek, Rayvon Cheek, Tony Cheek, ten great-grandchildren.
The body will lie in state on Wednesday, December 2 from noon until 5:00 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the home of Grant Cheek, 314 Elam Avenue, Ramseur.
