Victory was a native of Montgomery County and a longtime resident of Randolph County. She was a graduate of Troy High School and formerly employed with Bossong Hosiery Mill. Victory was a member of Franklinville Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Issac Cranford, parents, Theodore and Laura Freeman Kern, sisters, Norma Webb, Agnes Kern, Carolyn Dunn, brothers, Leon Kern, David Rex Kern, and daughter-in-law, Carol Cranford.
Survivors: daughter, Katrina Wilson, of Asheboro, son, Kevin Cranford, of Asheboro, sisters, Linda Beane, of Mt. Gilead, Nona Ruth Maness, of Star, step-daughter, Judy Beane, and husband, Joe, of Asheboro, step-son, James Vinson Cranford, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Alyssia Wilson, Ryan Wilson, wife, Shae, and Terry Wilson, wife, Tina, great-grandchildren, Kaley Wilson, Hannah Wilson, Mason Wilson, Noah Wilson, Ravenna Wilson.
