Van Jackson "Dink" Pritchard, 64, of Asheboro, died Sunday, June 13, 2021 at his residence.
Memorial Services, 11:00 AM, Friday, June 18, 2021, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Van was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County. He was born to Jack Pritchard and Billie Spencer and worked in furniture starting at the age of 17. Van recently worked at Motion Eaze in Randleman until declining health with lung cancer forced him to retire. He enjoyed working and liked the people he worked with. Van was a good brother and a great person who loved to work in his yard when he could. He loved nature, animals, drawing, and making things. Van never gave up even when he was sick and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father and step-mother, Jack and Ethel Kidd Pritchard, mother, Billie Carol Spencer, and sisters, Anita Pritchard, Carol Pritchard.
Survivors: sister, Alesia Pritchard Bunton, and husband, Kenneth, of Liberty, brother, Steven Clark Pritchard, of Seagrove, cousin, Bruce Hughes and friend, Sherry, aunts, Ruby Carr and Hilda Bulla, one niece, two nephews.
