Shelby Jean Luck Johnston, 82, of Asheboro, died Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Clapps Convalescent Nursing Home in Asheboro.

Graveside Services, 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Spoons Chapel Christian Church, Asheboro.

Officiating, Rev. Garry Arnett.

Shelby was a native of Randolph County and attended First Christian Church, Ramseur. She enjoyed playing the piano and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Shelby was preceded in death by her parents, Garland James and Lula Mae Hoover Luck.

Survivors: husband, James E. Johnston, of the home, daughter, Tammy LeGlue and husband, Craig, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Laura and Avery LeGlue, of Asheboro.

The body will lie in repose on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from noon until 5 PM at Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur.

The family will receive friends at the residence of Tammy and Craig LeGlue.
