Sharon Nance Routh

Sharon Elaine Nance Routh of Franklinville died peacefully at her home on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

Sharon was the daughter of Titus and Hazel Nance who both preceded her in death. Sharon loved her daughters and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sharon was known as Nanny to all who loved her. She enjoyed shopping for new handbags and jewelry and was a lifelong member of Cedar Falls United Methodist Church. No doubt, Nanny was a welcomed by her beloved pet Bischon, Bear, who preceeded her in death.

Survivors include: daughter, Angela Maynor and husband Scott, daughter, Alisha Crawley; grandchildren Sarah Tysinger and husband Travis, Emily Miller, Ragen Crawley, and Gabriel Crawley; Great grandchildren Caleb, Simon, Elijah and Naomi; brother Steve Nance, and former husband Eddie Routh. Sharon was preceded in death by two siblings, Jewell Hancock and TA Nance. Nanny was cared for by five very special women during the last year of her life and the family wishes to thank these special ladies; Hannah Sparks, Melissa Riley, Renee Maness, Cristin Dawkins, Madison Dawkins.

The family will have a private graveside service.
