Scotty Lewis Carper, 86, of Ramseur, NC, died Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Chatham Hospital in Siler City.

Memorial Services, 2 PM, Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Concord United Methodist Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Dr. Ron Wachs.

Scotty was a native of Guilford County and a resident of Ramseur. He was a former Supervisor at Klopman Mills and an Insurance Salesman. Scotty was a member of Concord United Methodist Church, a member of the Coleridge Lions Club, and a former Boy Scout Master. He was preceded in death by his son, David Carper, and by his parents, Perry and Virginia Craven Carper

Survivors: wife, Rebecca  Carper, of the home, son, Frank Carper, and wife, Pam, of Staley, daughter-in-law, Barbara Carper, of Ramseur, grandchildren, Wes Carper, Matt Carper, Damien Carper, Seth Carper, Adrian Carper, great-grandchildren, Ethan Carper, Chloe Carper, Madeline Carper, Declan Carper.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
