Rose Teague Elledge, 87, of Liberty, died Friday, March 24, 2023 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

Memorial Services, 3:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville.

Officiating, Rev. Lynn Chaney, Rev. Alanda Harris.

Rose was a native of Wilkes County and a longtime resident of Randolph County. She was a member of Grays Chapel United Methodist Church. Rose was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed growing flowers, cooking and the Carolina Tarheels. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Elledge, parents, John and Vettie Harrold Teague, brothers, Sanford Teague, Oby Teague, and sister, Clara Miller.

Survivors: daughters, Sherry Smith and husband, Tim, of Liberty, Joy Fleagle and husband, Scott, of Pleasant Garden, son, Greg Elledge, of Asheboro, sisters, Elgie Lily, of Nags Head, Pauline Torrence, of Chattanooga, TN, Ginnie Benton, of Chesapeake, VA, grandchildren, Tyler Joyner, Cole Bohnsack, Ian Elledge, Sierra Rose Slack, Madison Smith-Stamey, Miles Smith, Kris Johnson, and wife, Susan, great-grandchildren, Maddox Smith, Arabella Rose Elledge, Foster Lowther, Stella Stamey, Posie Stamey, Jameson Rex Slack, Keaden Johnson.

Visitation, 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM, Tuesday, Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville and other times at the residence.
