Perry David Hunt, 80, of Franklinville, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Graveside Services, 3 PM, Friday, September 4, 2020, at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville.
Officiating, Rev. Garry Arnett.
Perry was a native of Randolph County and longtime resident of Franklinville. He was employed at Eveready Battery for thirty three years in production and maintenance. Perry attended First Christian Church in Ramseur. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Avis Anderson Hunt, brother, Thomas Lee Hunt, and son-in-law, Kenneth Dunigan.
Survivors: wife, Linda Cheek Hunt, of the residence, daughter, Anna Beth Hunt Dunigan, of Texas Creek, Colorado, son, David Joel Hunt, of Franklinville, grandchildren, Gideon Hunt, Jonathan Hunt, Kaitlyn Hunt Pearson, Zachary Hunt, great-grandchildren, Aryana Hunt, Achilles Hunt, Izabella Hunt, Sawyer Pearson, Bentley Pearson.
The body will lie in state from 1 PM until 5 PM on Thursday, September 3rd, and 8 AM until noon on Friday, September 4th, at the Loflin Funeral Home.
