Pearl Alene Millikan Haithcock, 96, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Alpine Health & Rehabilitation Center in Asheboro.
Funeral Services, 3 PM, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at Cedar Falls Baptist Church, 3836 Old Cedar Falls Rd., Randleman, NC.
Officiating, Rev. Russell Chrisco.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Pearl was a native of Randolph County and a lifelong resident of Cedar Falls. She was retired from J. P. Stevens where she worked as a spinner. Pearl was a member of Cedar Falls Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who had never met a stranger. Pearl was well known and loved in the community for her amazing green beans and unbelievable persimmon pudding. Never seen without a string of pearls and her nails polished, she loved her church and church family dearly. Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Russell Haithcock, parents, Jessie "Jake" and Ollie Breedlove Millikan, sisters, Mary Lee Kirkman, O'vera Dixon, brothers, Vernon Millikan, Hobert Millikan, and Donald Millikan.
Survivors: daughters, Shirley Lowrance Luck, and husband, Archie, of Seagrove, Cassandra Haithcock Hall, and husband, Ikey, of Cedar Falls, son, James Floyd Haithcock, and wife, Cindy, of Cedar Falls, sister, Margaret Allred, of Cedar Falls, grandchildren, Keyshia Haithcock Gray, and husband, Charles, Jeffery Lowrance, Craig Lowrance, Sheila Garner, and husband, Jerry, Alex Haithcock, Jarod Haithcock, eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Friday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur and other times at the Cedar Falls Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Thursday from 4-7 PM and Friday from 2:30-5 PM.
