Patty Hinson Phillips, 71, of Carthage, died Monday, December 21, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Graveside Services, 3 PM, Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at Harmony Baptist Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Bob Yandle, Rev. Frank Thacker.

Patty was a native of Moore County and a member of Harmony Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joshua and Mammie Woodie Hinson, brother Fredrick Hinson, sisters, Pauline Painter and Maxine Poole.

Survivors: husband, Michael James Phillips, of the home, daughter, Paula Burgess and husband, Ray, of Ramseur, son, Jason Michael Phillips and wife, Lisa, of Bennett, sisters, Maybeline Brower, of Spies, NC, Illene Coggins, Lorene Coggins, both of Biscoe, grandchildren, Charlise Phillips, Matthew Phillips, Michael Burgess, Randall Burgess, Shauna Hazelwood, ten great-grandchildren.

The body will lie in repose on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from noon until 5 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home.
