Pat McAlister Pate, 69, of Staley, died Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.
Memorial Services, 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 5, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Ramseur.
Officiating, Rev. Wayne Dunn.
Pat was a native of Randolph County, a member of the First Baptist Church in Ramseur, and employed with Line Drive Graphics in sales and office management. She enjoyed playing golf and hosting parties for her family and friends. Pat was always taking care of others and putting them before herself. She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Clyde "Gilly" and Ruth Craven McAlister.
Survivors: husband, Phillip Pate, of the home, daughter, Holly Pate, of Greensboro, son, Jeremy Pate and wife, Beth, of Staley, granddaughter, Mackenzie Ruth, of Staley, sister, Jo Cohen and husband, Derek, of Surf City, brothers, Franklin Clyde "Moe" McAlister II and wife, Wanda, of Ramseur, John Miles McAlister, of Asheboro, nieces, Abby Littlefield and husband, Mike, of Holly Springs, Emily Hull and husband, Joseph, of Greensboro, Kelly Davis and husband, Jeremy, of Apex, nephews, Clyde Cohen of Surf City. She was also survived by her Veranda Girls who became her family, along with Doug Langley, Rhonda Inman, and her Line Drive work family.
The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Pat was blessed with great health all the way to the end of her life and had an appreciation for the great care that Hospice provided for her mother, her aunt and community in the past. The family request that memorials be made to Hospice of Randolph, 416 Vision Dr., Asheboro, NC 27203.
