Norma Lowe Carter, 82, of Asheboro, died Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation in Asheboro.

Graveside Services, 3PM, Friday, at Richland Baptist Church, Asheboro.

Officiating, Rev. Tommy Smith.

Norma was a native of Randolph County, a member of Richland Baptist Church, and a homemaker. She was proceded in death by her parents, James C. and Beulah Tysinger Lowe, son Jeffery Henley, husband, James C. Carter.

Survivors: daughter, Jeanne Potts, of Asheboro, son, Benny Henley, and wife, Janet, of Franklinville, brother, Bobby Lowe, of Sophia, grandchildren, Brandon Henley, Candi Leonard, Heather Potts, Dusty Potts, Marissa Henley, great-grandchildren, Blake Benson, Tyler Potts, Austin Leonard, Alex Leonard, Ashton Leonard, Ames Leonard, Finn Leonard, Mason Henley, J.R. Potts.
