Margie Caviness Kiser, 91, of Seagrove, died Saturday, June 3, 2023 at her residence.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Antioch Christian Church, Seagrove.

Officiating, Chris Kiser, Rev. Bryan Maness.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Margie was a native of Randolph County and a lifetime resident of Seagrove. She was a dedicated homemaker, mother, and farm wife.  Margie was preceded in death by her husband, James "J.C." Kiser, daughters, Debbie Slaughter, Jeanne Clark, son, Neal Kiser, granddaughter, Jolene Clark, sisters, Myrtle Lee Love, Stella Kiser, brothers, Glenn Caviness, Floyd Caviness, Grady Caviness, Joe Caviness, Norman Caviness, and Jack Caviness.

Survivors: daughters, Rebecca Tedder, of Asheboro, Cynthia Graves, and husband, Barry, of Hope Mills, Helen Beck, and husband, Bernard, of Seagrove, sons, James Kiser, and wife, Deborah, of Asheboro, Chris Kiser, and fiancee, Julie, of McKinney, TX, sisters, Elizabeth Shepley, of Carthage,  Pattie Welch, of Robbins, twenty one grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Elaine Kiser, of Denton.

The family would like to thank the At-Home Caregivers and Hospice of Randolph County and also a special thanks to two of her granddaughters, Kendra and Lauren.

Visitation, 1 PM to 2:45 PM, Wednesday, Antioch Christian Church, Seagrove. The family will also receive friends following the service in the Fellowship Hall.
