Lucy Scruggs Landon, 80, of Asheboro, died Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Cross Road Retirement Community  in Asheboro.

Memorial Services, 3 PM, Saturday, September 28, 2019, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Ben Harrell, Rev. Bernie Raymond.

Lucy was a native of Altavista, VA and a long time resident of Asheboro. She was employed as an interior decorator and was a member of Ramseur Chapel Church. Lucy was preceded in death by mother, Lucille Shelton Scruggs, son, Mark Landon, brother, Calvin Scruggs.

Survivors: husband, Jackie Landon, of the home, sisters, Barbara Caudill, of Asheboro, Patsy Webster, and husband, Herman, of Burlington, grandson, Zachary Landon, and wife, Laura, of Chapel Hill, daughter-in-law, Julie Landon, of Walkertown, sister-in-law, Betty Scruggs, of Asheboro, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 1 PM to 2:45 PM, Saturday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
