Kathy Poole York, 64, of Asheboro, died Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Boyd Byerly, Rev. Scott Kidd.

Burial, Pleasant Ridge Christian Church, Ramseur.

Kathy was a selfless wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. She was known for her beautiful smile that would light up a room. To be in her presence you were never a stranger, only a friend and a loved one. There is nothing Kathy would not do for her family. She will be forever missed. Kathy worked for Drakes Pasta and attended Sunset Avenue Church of God in Asheboro. She was preceded in death by her son, James "Cassidy" York, mother, Nancy Poole Murray and aunt, Joanne Stutts.

Survivors: husband, Donald "Tony" York, of the home, daughters, Dana York (Troy Lohr), of Asheboro and Shannon Y. Pritchard (Neal), of Randleman, grandchildren, Kelsi White (Gage), of Randleman, Morgen York, of Pine Haven, Jayden York, of Randleman, David Grillo, of Asheboro, uncle, Johnny Poole, of Winston Salem and cousin, Ricky Poole, of Sanford.
