Joseph Allred "Joe" Kinney, 83, of Ramseur, died Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Universal Health Care in Ramseur.
Graveside Services, 11:00 AM, Friday, October 15, 2021, at Kildee Wesleyan Church, Ramseur with Military Honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
Officiating, Rev. Jason Bowser.
Joe was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County. He was a 1955 graduate of Franklinville High School, attended Franklinville Pentecostal Holiness Church, and was a veteran of the United States Army. Joe was retired from Ramseur Interlock with thirty-five years as a warehouse supervisor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lacy and Maude Allred Kinney, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors: wife, Linda Edwards Kinney, of the home, sons, Michael Todd Kinney, and wife, Laurie, of Johnson City, TN, Tony Edward Kinney, of Coleridge, Jason Allred Kinney, and wife, Iliana, of Ramseur, Brandon Lee Kinney, and friend, Angie, of Asheboro, sisters, Martha Harvell of Cedar Falls, Mary Stout, and husband, Wade, of Siler City, Donna Jenkins, of Hendersonville, brother, Herbert Kinney, of Hendersonville, grandchildren, Heather Pearman, of Greensboro, Michael Kinney, of Asheboro, Madison Kinney, of Colorado, Christian Kinney, of California, Laynie Kinney, Malia Kinney, and Caden Kinney, all of Ramseur, great-grandchildren, Kylee Kinney, of Asheboro, Kaydin Pearman, and Kai Pearman, both of Greensboro.
The body will lie in repose from noon until 5 PM on Thursday, October 14th at the Loflin Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the residence.
