Joseph "Joe" Monroe Hardin, 64, of Ramseur, died Wednesday, June 29 at his residence.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Jordan Memorial United Methodist Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Chris Smith, Rev. Josh Kurtz.

Burial, Sunset Knoll Cemetery, Ramseur.

Joe was a native and lifelong resident of Ramseur. He was a 1976 graduate of Eastern Randolph High School and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was employed as a Certified Public Accountant with the Phillip H. Brady, CPA firm in Asheboro. Joe was Chairman of the Ramseur Public Library Board of Trustees and was a former member of the Ramseur Lions Club. He was a lifetime member of Jordan Memorial United Methodist Church where he served as treasurer. Joe loved the beach and all animals. He was a diehard Tarheel fan and a good and loyal friend. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, C.T. and Ora Parks Hardin, Jr., his brothers, Coy Donald Hardin, and Thad Hardin.

Survivors: loving partner, Nancy Fogleman, of Greensboro, and her son, John Fogleman, of Miami, Florida, brothers, Ron Hardin, of Greensboro, and Tom Hardin, and wife, Debbie, of Forest Oaks, niece, Kimberly Hardin Sharpe, and husband, Michael, of Cary, and nephew, Kenneth G. Hardin, of Fort Mill, SC, and great nephew, Caleb Michael Sharpe.
