Joseph Charles Miller, 80, of Asheboro, died Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

Memorial Services, 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.

Joseph was a native of Lackawanna County, PA, and a longtime resident of Asheboro. He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Moore Business Forms with thirty years service. Joseph loved to fish and play cornhole and enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. He was an avid NASCAR fan. Joseph was a hard worker, a loving husband, father, and friend who never met a stranger. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Vera Cooper Miller, sisters, Elaine Watson, Nora Reid, brothers, Robert Bartron, William Bartron and James Miller.

Survivors: wife, Helen Lupyak Miller, of the home, daughters, Teresa Reynolds, and husband, Todd, of Asheboro, Debbie Free, and husband, Chris, of Peckville, PA, son, Michael Miller, of Asheboro, sister, Joyce Miller, of Honesdale, PA, brothers, Frank Miller, of Honesdale, PA, Richard Miller, of Oswego, NY, granddaughter, Mariah Mosher, of Asheboro, many beloved nieces and nephews and his fur baby, a chocolate lab, "Charlie".

The family will receive friends following the service at the Franklinville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
