Obituary
John Wayne Kimrey, 79, of Staley, died Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Holly's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Ramseur.
Officiating, Rev. Dwayne Lester, Rev. Tim Wolfe.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, George and Vallie Breedlove Kimrey, and siblings, James "Bud" Kimrey, Guy Kimrey, Roger Kimrey and Charlotte K. Harwood.
Survivors: wife, Linda Scotton Kimrey, of the home, daughter, Aimee K. Fields and husband, Rodney, of Siler City, sons, Jonathan Kimrey and wife, Kristy, of Staley, Jeremy Kimrey and wife, Leah, of Liberty, grandchildren, Addie Fields, Hunter Kimrey, Anna Fields, Bailey Kimrey, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation, 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, Sunday, Holly's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Ramseur.
