Joe "Buddy" Donald Maze, 77, of Randleman, died Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at Randleman Church of God.

Officiating, Rev. Danny Peterson, Rev. Robbie Crisp, Rev. Joey Maze.

Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.

Joe was a native of Winston County, Alabama and a longtime resident of Randolph County.  He was a self-employed carpenter and a veteran of the U. S. Army. Joe was a member of the Randleman Church of God.  He enjoyed gardening, trading at flea malls and repairing lawn mowers. Joe was a loving husband and a caring father to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Maze, mother, Pearl Langley Maze, and second mother, Charlcie Maze.

Survivors: wife of 57 years, Madeline Hood Maze, of the home, daughter, Cynthia Hains and husband, Michael, of Asheboro, sons, Danny Joe Maze and wife, Barbara, of Coleridge, Stephen J. Maze and wife, Sheila, Ricky S. Maze and wife, Christie, both of Addison, AL., Joey Maze and wife, Kerri, of Climax, sisters, Glenda Jean Strickland, of Cullman, AL., Linda Tapia, of Tallahassee, FL., eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

Visitation, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, Randleman Church of God.
