Jerry Addison Peace, 74, of Franklinville, died Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Monday, February 17, 2020, at Ramseur Church of God of Prophecy, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Jason Bowser.

Burial, Patterson Grove Christian Church Cemetery, Ramseur.

Jerry was a native of Guilford County and a longtime resident of Franklinville. He was a retired carpenter/contractor and retired from the Randolph County Schools. Jerry attended Ramseur Church of God of Prophecy. He loved woodworking, painting and enjoyed eating ice cream and cake. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Cooke Peace and parents, J.A.  and Louise Millikan Peace.

Survivors: sons, Richie Peace and wife, Delta, of Franklinville, Robbie Peace and wife, Tammy, of Trinity, step-son, Thomas Mosely and wife, Brenda, of Denton, sister, Shirley Kimbrell, of Trinity, brother, Roger Dale Peace and wife, Linda, of Trinity, nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, his beloved dog, "Sneakers".

The family would like to express a special thank you to the staffs of both Clapps Convalescent Nursing Home of Asheboro and to Hospice of Randolph County.
