Jack Green

Jack Green, 103, of Ramseur, died Friday, January 20, 2023 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

A Private Family Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

Jack was a native of Ohio and a longtime resident of Randolph County. He was a WWII Veteran of the United States Navy, serving in the Pacific Theatre, and retired from Weiman Furniture. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Frances Joyce Green, daughter, Joyce Oestreich, parents, Claude William and Forest Edgell Green, sister, Evelyn Lax, and son-in-law's, Gregg Pell, and Gary Oestreich.

Survivors: daughter, Amy G. Pell, of Ramseur, sons, Terry Green, and wife, Beverly, of Cherry Valley, IL, Tom Green, and wife, Deanna, of Burlington, David Green, and wife, Pauline, of Banner Elk, sister, Patti Green, of Holmes Beach, FL, grandchildren, Peggy Johnson, and husband, Robert, of Franklinville, Jake Green, of Burlington, great-grandchildren, Logan Johnson, of Franklinville, Lia Johnson, of Greensboro, great-great-grandchildren, Ezariah Buncy, Draven Johnson, along with many nieces and nephews.
