Harvey Lee Jarrett , 83, of Asheboro, died Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Private Family Graveside Services, 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 4, 2020, at Smithwood Christian Church, Liberty.

Officiating, Rev. Michael G. Smith.

Harvey was a native of Randolph County, formerly employed as a tool & dye maker and a member of Smithwood Christian Church in Liberty. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Lura Frazier Jarrett and brother, Robert D. Jarrett.

Survivors: wife of 60 years, Peggy Kime Jarrett, of the home, sister-in-law, Billie Jarrett, of Asheboro, sisters of the heart, Frances Smith, Deanna Vickrey, Linda Pritchard, brothers of the heart, Rhonlee Kime, Rex Kime, Richard Kime and numerous nieces and nephews.

The body will lie in state from noon until 5:00 pm on Friday at the Loflin Funeral Home.
