Faydene York Brown, 78, of Asheboro, died Friday, January 21, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Tommy Kidd, Rev. Allen Murray.

Burial, Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro.

Faydene was a native of Randolph County and retired from Energizer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Numa Clarence and Queen Victoria Haithcock York, sisters, Minnie Hoyle and Martha Bowman, and brother, James Cleston York.

Survivors: husband, Worth Brown, of the home, daughter, Sharon Faye Honeycutt, and husband, Gene, of Asheboro, son, Ricky Madison Brown, and wife, Rhonda, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Aaron Brown, Nicholas Honeycutt, all of Asheboro.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur, and other times at the residence.
