Eloise Kinton Edwards, 72, of Ramseur, died Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Friday, February 12, 2021, at Ramseur Wesleyan Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Tim Butcher.

Burial, Kildee Wesleyan Church Cemetery, Ramseur.

Eloise was a native of Granville County and a longtime resident of Randolph County. She was retired from Teleflex and a member of First Baptist Church in Ramseur. Eloise had a sweet spirit and enjoyed watching butterflies and birds. Her children and grandchildren were the joy of her life. Eloise was preceded in death by her husband, James Edwards, parents, Little John and Lillie Janie Evans Kinton, son, James Darin Edwards, brother David Kinton, and sister, Wyvette Kidd.

Survivors: daughters, Lisa Hodgin and husband, Rusty, of Ramseur, Janie Duncan and husband, Tim, of Franklinville, sisters, Jackie Honeycutt and husband, Darrell, of Franklinville, Rhonda King and husband, Wayne, of Bennett, grandchildren, Joshua Hodgin and wife, Kaley, Jacob Hodgin and wife, Brittany, Sadie Duncan, Josh Wright, Felicia Miller and husband, Caleb, Justin Overman and wife, Hope, five great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, Faye Kinton, of Siler City.

The body will lie in repose on Thursday, February 11, 2021 from noon until 5:00 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur.
