Eddie Richard Stalker, 79, of Franklinville, died Saturday, October 28, 2023 at his residence.

Funeral Services, 3 PM, Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville.

Officiating, Rev. Boyd Byerly, Rev. Lynn Chaney.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Eddie was a native of Randolph County and was retired from United Parcel Service with 32 years of service. He was a member of the Grays Chapel United Methodist Church and attended Sunset Avenue Church of God. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Odell and Ida Ingold Stalker, sister, Carolyn Barber.

Survivors: wife, Wilma Lineberry Stalker, son, Dwayne Stalker, and wife, Angela, of Staley, daughter, Wendy Whitehead, and husband, Steven, of Liberty, son, Craig Stalker, and wife, Erin, of Climax, sisters, Joyce Clay, and husband, Kenny, of Asheboro, Linda Allred, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Jade Thomas, Chase Thomas, Will Stalker, Addison Morgan, Levi Stalker, Grady Stalker, Ellis Stalker, Rhys Stalker, Lucas Stalker.

Visitation, 2 PM to 2:45 PM, Wednesday, Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, Franklinville.
