Dorothy Yankowski Tanner, 91, of Asheboro, died Friday, March 13, 2020 at Alpine Health & Rehabilitation Center in Asheboro.

No services are scheduled.

Dorothy was a native of Hampshire County, Massachusetts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Graydon E. Tanner, son, Edward Tanner, parents, John and Matilda Yankowski, brothers and sisters.

Survivors: daughter, Ellen Angeli and husband, Lee, of Kentucky, sons, Rodney Tanner, of Asheboro, Steven Tanner and wife, Roberta, of Vermont, grandchildren, Jessica Tanner, Ellen Tanner, Amanda Angeli, Adam Angeli, great-grandchildren, Gavin Tanner, Alexander Lathrop.
