Obituary
David Burnice Gilmore, Sr. was born on November 19, 1950 and passed away on March 16, 2023 at the age of 72.
As per David's request, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
David was a native of Chatham County and Bear Creek, NC. He married his sweetheart Elaine Foust at a young age and moved to Staley, NC. They had three children, Alex Gilmore, Ellie Meadows (Terrance) and Junior Gilmore (Christy). He had three grandsons, Ryan Gilmore, Fisher and Ridge Meadows. David was soon to be grandpa again to Eli James Gilmore, whom he was looking forward to arriving. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elaine Foust Gilmore, parents, John A. and Dorothy Beaver Gilmore, and brothers, Ricky and Steve Gilmore. David owned and operated Ramseur Mobile Home for many years.
