Carter Lee Turner Riggs, 6 months, of Randleman, passed away, Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem.

Memorial Services, 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 21, 2020, at Cedar Falls United Methodist Church, Asheboro.

Officiating, Rev. Eddie Britt, Mr. Frank Samuel.

Carter was a native of Guilford County.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wayne Turner.

Survivors: parents, Robbie, and Samantha Riggs, of the home, paternal grandparents, Joey, and Janie Carter, of Randleman, maternal grandmother, Penny Wanner, and step maternal grandfather, David Wanner, of High Point, paternal great grandparents, John, and Nancy Newins, of Ramseur, maternal great grandmother, Mary Barker, of High Point.
