C. L. Lednum, 95, of Grays Chapel, died Friday, April 19, 2024 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Graveside Services, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Grays Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, Franklinville.
Officiating, Rev. Joe Farlow.
C. L. was a native of Randolph County and a lifelong resident of Grays Chapel. He was a retired farmer and also retired from Ramtex. C. L. was a member of Berean Memorial Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Coble Lednum, daughter, Kay Lednum Russell, parents, Cletis Lee and Mamie Poindexter Lednum, brothers, Garland Lednum and Carson Lednum, sisters, Lois Richardson and Phyllis Denzler.
Survivors: son, Philip Lednum and wife, Lori, of Grays Chapel, sisters, Elizabeth Jessup, of Memphis, TN, Sue Wright, of SC, brothers, Gilbert Lednum, of Asheboro, Lexie Lednum and wife, Nancy, of Mocksville, Jarrett Lednum, of Ramseur, Benny Ray Lednum and wife, Linda, of SC, grandchildren, Josh Bowman, Ashley Moseley, Colby Bowman, great-grandson, Ayden Bowman.
