Billy Hugh Baxter

Billy Hugh Baxter, 87, of Ramseur, died Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Billy was a native of Chatham County, a longtime resident of Randolph County and was owner and operator of Clinic Barber Shop of Asheboro. He was preceded in death by his parents, Huey and Gladys Smith Baxter, sisters, Kate, Anne, Pauline, and Mattie, and brothers, Windol, Winfred, Joe, Henry, Ray, and Walter.

Survivors: wife, Roberta Cain Baxter, of the home, sons, Phil Baxter and wife, Shelia, of Coleridge, Mike Baxter and wife, Jill, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Adam Baxter, Lauren Baxter, Scottie Ryder, Spencer Ryder, great-grandchildren, Bristol Baxter, Cameron Ryder, Weston Ryder.
