Betty Jane Boniface

Betty Jane Boniface, 94, of Ramseur, went home to be with her Savior on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.

In a commemorative service to be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 9, 2021, at Faith Baptist Church in Ramseur, her family desires to honor God's loving kindness towards His faithful servant Betty.

Participants, Rev. Gary Moger, Rev. Lee Meade, Rev. James Bledsoe, Rev. Marv Lamos.

Betty was born in Folcroft, PA on September 20, 1927 to the late Raymond and Sarah Rasmussen. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Throughout Betty's life, as both a school and Sunday school teacher, she faithfully taught children to love God and His Word. She was a member of Shadow of the Cross Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Lou DeLibero and Norma and Fred Wittman, along with her son-in-law, Mark Houghton.

Survivors: husband of 72 years, Charles R. Boniface, of the home, daughters, Beckie DeYoung (Larry), of Hot Springs Village, AR, Bev Boniface, of Ramseur, Ruth Sheveland (Chuck), of Oshkosh, WI, Rose Wolf (Erik) of Kearneysville, WV, Esther Jones (Johnnie), of Clarkson, KY, grandchildren, Kyle Houghton (Allison), Sarah Boots (Spencer), Kari Searing (Paul), Kirsten Alexander (Daniel), Katie Jackson (Joey), Nelson Wolf (Charisse), and three great-granddaughters, Abigail, Kaitlyn and Adalene.

Visitation will follow the service in the Faith Christian School Dining Hall.
