Annie McKinney Holder, 83, of Staley, died Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation in Asheboro.

Annie was a native of Surry County and a longtime resident of Staley. She attended Whites Chapel Community Church and she formerly was employed in the textile industry. Annie was preceded in death by her sons, Howard Lee Holder, Jr., and Jeffrey Lee Holder, her grandson, Michael Holder, and by her mother, Essie McKinney Carmac.
Survivors: daughter, Lisa Moore, of Randleman, brother, Buck Carmac and wife, Karolyn, of Ramseur, aunt, Patsy Lane, of Georgia, cousins, Shirley Hage, of Lewisville, and Faye Smith, of Pinehurst.
