Alfred Delton Poole, 77, of 911 Foxfire Road, Asheboro, died Friday, July 13, 2018 at his residence.

Memorial Services, 2:00 PM, Friday, July 20, 2018, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.

Officiating, Wade Craven, Buren Jones.

Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.

Alfred was a native of Randolph County, a self employed carpenter, served in the U.S Navy and a member of Ramseur Gospel Chapel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxwell and Katie Mae Chilton Poole.

Survivors: wife, Rita Craven Chaney Poole, of the home, daughter, Amy Carter, and husband James, of Asheboro, sisters, Doris Berry, Iris Williams, both of Asheboro, Stella Mae Townsend, and husband Charles, of Newland, grandchildren, Jake Carter, Addisyn Carter, Shane Allred, and wife Susie, of China Grove, three step grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 1:00 PM to 2:00 pm, Friday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur.
