Thelma Maness Garner, 93, of 5632 Waddells Ferry Rd., Seagrove, died Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 20, 2019, at Riverside Baptist Church, Seagrove.
Officiating, Rev. Kenneth Bouldin, Rev. Wesley Thomas.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Thelma was a native of Randolph County and a member of Riverside Baptist Church. Saved by the Grace of God because Thelma loved her church, singing in the choir and reading her bible. She loved taking care of her neighbors and sending out cards. She loved her family and her homemade biscuits were loved by her family as well. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly. Her love continued for her flowers, especially her roses. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Garner, her parents, Charlie and Sally Scott Maness.
Survivors: daughters. Helen Allen, and husband, Jerry, of Eagle Springs, Jenny Talbert, and husband, Johnny, of Seagrove, Penny Britt, and husband, Charles, of Seagrove, son, Ronald Garner, and wife, Bonnie, of Bonlee, sisters, Myrtis Brady, of Carthage, Shirley Kidd, and husband, Dwight, of Bennett, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
