Ruby Hargett Davis, 82, of 4125 Little Beane Store Rd., Ramseur, died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Funeral Services, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Grace Community Fellowship, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Shaun Green.

Burial, Sunset Knoll Cemetery, Ramseur.

Ruby was a native of St. Cloud, Florida and a long time resident of Ramseur. She worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years and attended Grace Community Fellowship in Ramseur.  Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell F. Davis, her parents, Buis and Ethel Newell Hargett, Sr., sisters, Rachel Pennington, Elizabeth Hargett, and brothers, Marson Hargett, Buis Hargett, Jr., and Arnie Hargett.

Survivors: daughter, Margaret Hayworth, and husband, Stephen, of Ramseur, sister, Louise Thompson, and husband, Raymond, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Stephen A. Hayworth, and wife, Cindy, of Ramseur, April Hayworth, of Ramseur, great-grandchildren, Ethan Hayworth, Troy Hayworth , sister-in-law, Pat Hargett, of Asheboro, brother-in-law, Robert Runge, of York, SC.

The family wishes to express a thank you to caregivers, Tammy Morgan and Marilyn Van Horn, and also to the staff of the Randolph Hospice House for their care and support.
