Phyllis McKenzie Smith, 72, of Asheboro, died Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Memorial Services, 4:00 PM, Wednesday, at Asheboro Friends Meeting.

Officiating, Rev. David Millikan.

Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Randolph County, a member of Asheboro Friends Meeting, and retired with thirty three years from Lowes Foods. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bessie Burrow McKenzie.

Survivors: husband, Luther Thomas "Tommy" Smith, of the home, brothers, James "Jimmy" McKenzie, and wife, Susan, of Asheboro, Larry McKenzie, and wife, Christy, of Asheboro, Tim McKenzie, and wife, Cathy, of Asheboro, step sister, Brenda McCoy, of Asheboro, step brothers, Ronnie Spivey, and wife, Mary Ellen, of Randleman, Dale Spivey, and wife, Denise, of Asheboro, step mother, Nellie McKenzie, of Asheboro, numerous nieces and nephews along with numerous great nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday, Asheboro Friends Meeting, Asheboro.
