Funeral Services, 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Pentecostal Victory Temple Church, Siler City.

Burial, Oakley Baptist Church, Siler City.

Norman was a native of Chatham County, formerly employed with Charles Craft, and a member of Pentecostal Victory Temple Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Thomas Hayes, his parents, Ralph T. and Wilma Phillips Hayes, grandson, Brandon Chavis, brothers, Henry Hayes, Lacy Hayes, Ralph Junior Hayes, Jerry Wayne Hayes, sister, Wilma Mae Hayes.

Survivors: step son, Jimmy Chavis, of Goldston, sisters, Irene Atkins, of Siler City, Barbara Tesh, of Robbins, Shirley DeBord, of Siler City, brothers, Hobert Hayes, Rayford Hayes, both of Bear Creek, John Hayes, of Robbins.
