I would like to share a comforting scripture from God's Word, the Bible with the family. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! We are so saddened to hear about Norman's passing. We just found out or we would've come to the viewing/funeral. Please know we are thinking of all of you and praying for you. You were such good neighbors and friends for many years. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know.

Norman will be greatly missed but his warmth, kindness, gentle spirit, and love for God will be remembered forever. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him." 1 Cor 2:9. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joyce and Family.

We are so sorry for your loss. Especially remembering the night we got together at Luke and Norma's. We had a great time. Memories will always be with you. With sympathy.

Coach Kivett was one of the best men I have ever known, He had huge impact on me as a boy and young man, he took me to the first NC State Football Spring Game I ever attended and the first NC State Football Game I ever attended as well, I will never forget my time spent with the Coach, Joyce and all her family will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.

I'm so sorry to hear of Norman's passing. God called him home and I pray that the family is comforted at this very difficult time. Knowing that he is now in a better place may help to overcome some of the grief. I love you all and I will be thinking of you all and Norman. Prayers be with you.
