Mildred Freeman Burgess, 94, of Franklinville, died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Universal Health Care in Ramseur.
Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Sunday, February 17, 2019, at Patterson Grove Christian Church, Ramseur.
Officiating, Rev. Eddie Hill, Rev. Steve House.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mildred was a native of Surry County, retired cafeteria worker with Randolph County Schools and a member of Patterson Grove Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd A. Burgess and her parents, Mitchell and Bessie Lewis Freeman.
Survivors: son, Alan Burgess, and wife, Panda, of Franklinville, brother, Lewis Freeman, and wife, Margaret, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Rodney Burgess, and wife, Vickie, of Asheboro, Anderson Burgess, of Greensboro, Laurie Burgess, of Ramseur, two great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation, 2:00 PM to 3:00 pm, Sunday, Patterson Grove Christian Church, Ramseur and other times at the home of Alan and Panda Burgess, 2958 Hwy. 22 N., Franklinville, NC.
