Lula Mae was a native of Meriweather County, Georgia and a long time resident of Ramseur. She retired from Lorillard and was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. Lula Mae was a loving wife, and a devoted friend that loved her Lord and Savior. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard O. Evett, her parents, William and Maggie Carr Ferguson, and her sister, Barbara Cramer.
