Lucille Bray Wright, 97, of Nashville formerly of Ramseur, died Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Trevecca Health & Rehab Center in Nashville.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Friday, October 6, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Wayne Dunn.

Burial, Sunset Knoll Cemetery, Ramseur.

Lucille was born October 6, 1919 in Randolph County, NC and graduated from Ramseur School.  She was a woman with a strong faith in God.  When she resided in Ramseur, she was an active member of First Baptist Church of Ramseur, serving as a Sunday School teacher, member of the Louise Brady Sunday School Class, and on various church committees.  Lucille was also a member of the Ranoca Garden Club.  She loved Carolina basketball, working in her flowers and cooking for others.  Lucille treasured her friends and family who loved her back and will miss her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Wright and parents, E. H. and Louie Burgess Bray.

Survivors: daughter, Sharon Wright, of Nashville, TN, sister, Ruth B. Foust, of Claremont and Morehead City, son-in-law, Mark Niznik, special friend, Dot Pate, of Ramseur.

Visitation with friends and family from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Friday, in the sanctuary at First Baptist Church of Ramseur.
