Leona Laughlin Cox, 93, of Randleman, died Monday, October 7, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.

Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
Leona was a native of Randolph County, a homemaker, and a member of Pleasant Cross Christian Church. She was retired from J. P. Stevens with 25 years of service. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie R. Cox, parents, Shelly and Mattie Wright Laughlin, sisters, Ola Johnson, Nelia Craven, Aretta Hill, Beulah Gray, brothers, Grady Laughlin, Worth Laughlin, Leslie Laughlin, George Laughlin, son in law, Cecil Henry Maness.
Survivors: daughter, Betty C. Maness, of Asheboro, son, Ray Cox and wife, Marie, of Randleman, brother, Carl Laughlin and wife, Juanita, of Randleman, eleven grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
