Fred August Schoenberger

Fred A. Schoenberger, 69, of Asheboro, died Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

Memorial Services, 3 PM, Saturday, November 30, 2019, at First Christian Church, Ramseur with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.

Officiating, Rev. Garry Arnett.

Fred was a native of Brunswick, Germany and a long time resident of Randolph County. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was employed by Briles Oil Company as a truck driver. Fred was a member of First Christian Church in Ramseur. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hanna Villbrandt Schoenberger.

Survivors: wife, Norma  Schoenberger, of the home, daughters, Hanna S. Cagle, of Asheboro, Rebecca S. Sullivan, and husband, Greg, of Asheboro, sister, Marion Schoenberger, of Greensboro, grandchildren, Haley Cagle, Morgan Cagle, Chloe Sullivan.

Visitation, 1:30 PM to 3 PM, Saturday, First Christian Church, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
