Frances Ferguson King, 83, of Liberty, died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.

Funeral Services, 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Patterson Grove Christian Church, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Steve House.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Frances was a native of Randolph County, retired from the John Plant in Ramseur and a faithful member of Patterson Grove Christian Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed working with her flowers and vegetable garden and she loved her cats. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul King, and her parents, James Lester and Mary Jennings Ferguson.

Survivors: sisters, Polly Smeed, of Asheboro, Shirley Gray, and husband, Thomas, Dorothy Brewer, both of Liberty, numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the home of Shirley and Thomas Gray.
