Effie Logan Mills, 79, of 1301 West Ridge Street, Ramseur, died Friday, July 26, 2019 at her residence.

Funeral Services, 3:00 pm, Tuesday, July 30, 2019, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur.

Officiating, Rev. Michael Poindexter.

Effie was a native of Loudon County, TN and previously employed with Ultra Flex.  She attended Lighthouse Baptist Church in Seagrove. Effie loved to cook for her family and spend time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doward Aubrey Mills, her parents, James Leeper and Anna Lou Reagan Logan, brothers, Tommy Logan and Ray Logan.

Survivors: daughter, Kimberly Dawn Mills Fowler, of Ramseur, son, Jeffrey Wayne Mills, of High Point, sister, Shirley Logan Oglesby, Mary Jo Logan King, both of TN , brother, Ed Logan, of TN, grandchildren, Crystal Fowler Smith and husband, Glenn, of Ramseur, Amanda Fowler Townsend and husband, Quentin, of Sophia, Anthony Fowler, Jr. and wife, Jessica, of Franklinville, great-grandchildren, Amelia Dawn Smith, Nevaeh Hopple Townsend,  Aubree May Fowler, Jayden Spillman.

Visitation, 2:00 pm to 3:00 PM, Tuesday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
