Donnie Worth Cox, 90, of Seagrove, died Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Woodland Hill Care & Rehabilitation in Asheboro.
Funeral Services, 3 PM, Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Ramseur.
Officiating, Rev. Bruce McLanahan, Rev. Howard Moffitt.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Worth was a native of Randolph County and attended Antioch Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wendy Martindale, grandson, Donnie Marley, granddaughter, Jaime Handy, parents, Eben and Laura Gatlin Cox, sisters, Beulah Hayes, Irma Jean Brown, brothers, Howard Cox, Gilbert Cox.
Survivors: wife of 67 years, Blanche Chriscoe Cox, of the home, daughters, Wanda Handy, of Pine Bluff, Carolyn McCain, of Radford, VA, Deborah Yow, and husband, Donald, of Asheboro, sisters, Mildred Brady, of Columbia, SC, Geneva Smith, of Robbins, brother, Perry Cox, and wife, Nancy, of Asheboro, grandchildren, Jason Handy, Jennifer McBride, Katherine Phillips, Brian Latham, Joshua Martindale, Alicia Martindale, Donny Yow, fifteen great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Friday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur and other times at the residence.
